Objectives
INDUSTRIAL POLICY CHAIR
The Chair in Industrial Policy (CPI) was created in response to the need to strengthen the connection between the University, Business and Administration in this field. The Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), the Ministry of Industry and Tourism (MINTUR), and the Foundation for the Promotion of Industrial Innovation (F2I2) collaborate in it.
Among its main objectives are:
Analysis
To carry out reports and studies in the field of the main challenges facing Spanish industry.
Dissemination
Organise technical dissemination conferences aimed at informing society of the importance of the industry for Spain.
Diagnosis
Diagnose and propose actions to administrations and companies aimed at boosting the industrial sector.
Debate
Promote forums for debate between companies and public administrations.
Advice
Advise on issues related to the activity of the signatory entities.
